 Peaches1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Nectarines1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Prunes1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Cherries1 Cup (16 tbs), pitted
 3 or 4 slices fresh ginger
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Riesling1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Toss together peaches, nectarines, plums, cherries, ginger, and lemon juice.
Spoon into individual serving cups and pour Late Harvest Riesling over fruit.
Refrigerate.
Serve garnished with mint.
