Stone Fruit Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
| Peaches | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Nectarines | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Prunes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Cherries | 1 Cup (16 tbs), pitted | |
| 3 or 4 slices fresh ginger | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Riesling | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Toss together peaches, nectarines, plums, cherries, ginger, and lemon juice.
Spoon into individual serving cups and pour Late Harvest Riesling over fruit.
Refrigerate.
Serve garnished with mint.
