Stone Crab Claws With Honey Mustard Sauce Recipe
This crab claw meat recipe idea is a great as an appetizer when served with a honey mustardsauce. The dip is made with a mayonnaise base with honey and ground coriander for flavor along with a dash of cocktail sauce if desired.
Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds stone crab claws, cooked, cracked
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup half-and-half or light cream
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon ground coriander
Cocktail sauce (optional)
Directions
Arrange cracked claws on serving plate.
Combine remaining ingredients except cocktail sauce; stir until well blended.
