Ingredients
| Sunflower oil | 15 Milliliter | |
| Carrots | 2 | |
| Large onion - 1 , roughly chopped | ||
| Kombu stick | 1 | |
| Bay leaf | 1 | |
| Thyme Sprig | 1 | |
| Water | 1.5 Liter | |
Directions
MAKING
1.Heat oil in pan.
2.Stir in carrots, onion, kombu and bay leaf.
3.Pour water and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
4.Strain the mixture and add seasoning of misu or shoyu.
SERVING
5.Serve warm.
