Ingredients

 Sunflower oil15 Milliliter
 Carrots2
 Large onion - 1 , roughly chopped
 Kombu stick1
 Bay leaf1
 Thyme Sprig1
 Water1.5 Liter

Directions

MAKING
1.Heat oil in pan.
2.Stir in carrots, onion, kombu and bay leaf.
3.Pour water and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
4.Strain the mixture and add seasoning of misu or shoyu.

SERVING
5.Serve warm.
