Chicken - 1 lb, boneless, skinless, diced
 
Wet Seasoning - 3-4 tablespoon (mixture of Soy Sauce, Honey, Mustard, Oil, Red chili powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Fresh Ginger)
 
Dry Seasoning - 3 tablespoons ( Mixture of Cumin, Lemon Pepper, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Dehydrated Soy Sauce, Sesame Seeds)
 
Pitted Prunes -

Directions

1) In a bowl, marinate half the chicken in oil and dry seasoning and in another bowl, marinate remaining part of chicken in wet seasoning, for 2 hours.
2) In hot skillets, stir fry the marinated chicken separately.
3) Use the chicken to prepare your favorite dish.
