Stir Fry Turkey Italiano Recipe
This delicious Stir-fry Turkey Italiano is from my grandma's cookbook. It is served as a delicious Main Dish. Note this Stir-fry Turkey Italiano, otherwise you might regret your decision later.
Ingredients
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning;
1/8 tsp. salt dash red pepper flakes.
1/4 cup low-sodium chicken bouillon
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 lb. turkey breast cutlets or slices, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tbs. margarine
Directions
In a sm.bowl combine cornstarch, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper flakes, bouillon and wine; set aside.In a med.size non stick skillet, over medium low heat, stir fry turkey, onions and garlic in margarine 2 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink.
Add bouillon mixture; cook and stir until sauce is thickened.
Serve over cooked spaghetti, if desired.
