Directions

Stage1-Drain and dry prawns, set aside.

Stage2-Defrost snow peas, drain.

Stage3- Cut scallions in 3/4 inch pieces.

Stage4-Break cauliflower and broccoli into flowerettes.

Stage5-Mix ginger, mirin, soy and add tapioca-mix well.

Stage6-In 1 tablespoon oil stir fry scallions, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, garlic until tender crisp. Remove from pan.

Stage7-Stir fry prawns until translucent 3 to 5 minutes.

Stage8-Add vegetable mixture until warm. Add liquid.

Stage9-Stir until thickened. Serve over rice.
