 Unsalted butter1 Tablespoon
 Red onion1 Medium, diced

 1 lb. thin asparagus, cut diagonally in 1/4 inch slices tips intact

 Cauliflower florets1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 zucchini cut into 1/4 inch slices
 1 carrot halved tengthwjfce. and cut diagonally into thin slices
 1/2 cup vegetable broth or vegetarian chicken broth
 Dry white wine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Basil2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Dried basil1 Tablespoon
 1 tbs. each chopped fresh rosemary and oregano or 1 tbs. each dried rosemary and oregano
 Salmon2 Can (10oz)
 White tuna1 Can (10oz)
 Oysters1 Can (10oz)
 Frozen peas1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed
 Fettucini1 Pound, cooked, drained
 Parmesan cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated

Directions

Heat wok or lg.deep skillet over medium high heat.
Add.butter, onion and garlic; stirfry until onion is tender, about 2 minutes;
Stir in next 5 ingredients; stirfry 2 minutes.
Increase heat to high.
Add liquids and seasonings.
Bring to a boil; boil until liquid is slightly reduced, about 3 minutes.
Add all seafood and peas.
Heat through, stirring gently for 1 minute.
Add pasta and cheese; toss until cheese is evenly distributed.
