Ingredients

 
2 packets instant noodles
 
¼ lb beef
 
1 tbsp sugar
 
1 tbsp sesame oil
 
1 tbsp soy sauce
 
1 clove garlic (crushed)
 
1 carrot (cut into small thin slices)
 
2 green onions (2” pieces)

Directions

Take a pan with water. Bring water to boil. Add the noodles. Cook for approximately 3 minutes till done. Stir. Drain the excess water and rinse under cold water. Keep aside.
Take another wok and add 1 tbsp of oil. Add garlic and stir for 10 seconds. Add the beef and cook for approximately 3 minutes till done. Add the vegetables and stir for a minute. Add the noodles, sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil. Add 1 packet of the seasoning (available in the instant noodles packet). Mix well. Enjoy a delicious meal of stir fry instant noodle with beef.
