Directions
Heat oil in second skillet, and saute" garlic and ginger.
Add meat, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Blend soy sauce, water, sherry and cornstarch, and add to skillet with remaining ingredients.
Bring to simmer, reduce heat, cover and braise several minutes.
Taste, and add more soy sauce if you wish.
