Stir-Fried Turkey Breast With Vegetables Recipe
|Crushed garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Five spice powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dark soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Turkey breast||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into pieces|
|White button mushrooms||1⁄4 Pound|
|Red bell peppers||2 , rinsed, seeded and diced|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Celery sticks||2 , cut into thin strips|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|

Pour over the turkey pieces and leave to marinate.
Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth or kitchen paper and slice thinly.
Put the peppers and onions in a dish and pour over half the oil.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes.
Add the celery, mushrooms and sherry.
Stir well and season with salt and pepper.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes.
Remove the turkey breast from the marinade and pat dry on kitchen paper.
Heat a browning dish in the oven for 6 minutes, following the manufacturer's instructions.
Pour in the remaining oil and add the turkey breast, turning after a few seconds.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.
Add the vegetables and turkey marinade to the browning dish and stir well.
