Stir-Fried Pork Tenderloin Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup (60 mL) toasted sesame seeds
1 small pork tenderloin
1 tbsp (15 mL) water
1/4 cup (60 mL) soy sauce (Kikkoman)
4 - 6 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
1 or 2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp (30 mL) ginger root, minced
Directions
Spread sesame seeds in an 8 x 8-inch (20 x 20 cm) ceramic or glass dish.
Toast at HIGH 3 to 5 minutes, stirring often and taking out as soon as seeds are golden brown.
Set aside in a small dish and reserve.
Place whole tenderloin in dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over tenderloin.
Cover, microwave at HIGH 5 to 8 minutes.
Baste pork.
Cover and microwave 3 minutes at HIGH.
Stir and serve, thinly sliced.
