Stir Fried Green Beans Recipe
Ingredients
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 9 ounce package frozen green beans, thawed
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 cup boiling water
2 tablespoons sliced green onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Directions
Heat oil in a 10 inch skillet.
Add beans; cook, stirring frequently, 3 minutes.
Dissolve bouillon in boiling water.
Add to beans with onion and salt.
Cover; cook till beans are tender, 3 to 5 minutes.
Blend 1 tablespoon cold water into corn starch; add to beans.
Cook, stirring, till vegetables are coated.
Makes 4 servings.
