Stir-Fried Green Beans Recipe
Ingredients
1 (16-ounce) package frozen green beans
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon dry sherry
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon chicken-flavored bouillon granules
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 green onions, sliced
Directions
Thaw and drain green beans, set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large heavy skillet.
Cook over medium heat 2 minutes.
Add green beans, stir-fry until crisp-tender.
