Stir-Fried Chinese Celery Cabbage Recipe

| Celery stalks | 3 , cut diagonally into 0.25 inch slices | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Chicken broth | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sesame oil | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
Heat oil in the wok.
Brown and discard the ginger slice.
Stir fry the bok choy and celery for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the salt, sugar, and chicken broth.
Cover and heat for 1 minute.
Serve at once sprinkled with a little sesame oil.
