Stir Fried Beef Recipe

6 ounces boneless round steak
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 1/4 cups cauliflower flowerets
1/2 green pepper, cut into 3/4 -inch pieces
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 small clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 cup beef broth
1/3 cup chopped green onions with tops
1 cup hot cooked rice
Directions
Partially freeze steak; slice diagonally across the grain into 2- x 1/4 -inch strips.
Pour oil into a preheated wok or skillet; allow to heat at medium high (325°) for 2 minutes.
Add beef, and stir-fry until browned.
Add cauliflower, green pepper, soy sauce, and garlic.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Combine cornstarch and broth, stirring well; add to meat mixture.
Stir in onions; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened; serve over rice.
