Stir Fry Vegetables In Soy Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3 medium onions, quartered lengthwise
1 medium green pepper, cut in 1/4 inch strips
2 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
2/3 cup carrots, sliced diagonally
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1 cup broccoli flowerets
1 cup cauliflower flowerets
2 stalks celery, sliced diagonally
Directions
In 3 quart casserole, place oil, butter, soy sauce and garlic powder.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 1 to 2 minutes until hot.
Add onions, green pepper, cabbage, carrots, green onions, broccoli, cauliflower and celery.
Toss to coat.
Cover.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 12 to 15 minutes; stir after 6 minutes.
