Stir Fry Tempeh Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 ounces tempeh, cut into medium-sized cubes or strips | ||
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Large, thinly sliced | |
| Tomatoes | 2 , cut into wedges | |
| Green bell pepper | 1 To taste, cut into strips | |
| Tamari soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
In a large skillet, stir-fry tempeh in hot vegetable oil for 5 minutes or until well browned.
Add onion and stir-fry 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and green pepper. Stir-fry a few more minutes until green pepper is tender but still crisp.
Add tamari or soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot with rice.
