Ingredients

 Peanut oil2 Tablespoon
 Shrimp1 pound, deveined
 4 green onions, 1 -inch slices
 2 cups yellow squash, 1/4-inch slices
 Chinese Cabbage2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Mushrooms1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 1 cup yellow summer squash, 1/4-inch slices
 1 cup sliced zucchini squash, 1/4-inch slices
 Soy sauce1 Tablespoon

Directions

Preheat browning dish 5 MINUTES on HIGH.
Add oil.
Add all ingredients, except soy sauce, to browning dish.
Stir.
MICROWAVE 8 MINUTES on HIGH, stirring at 4 MINUTES.
Add soy sauce and stir.
