Stir Fry Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients
| Peanut oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Shrimp | 1 pound, deveined | |
| 4 green onions, 1 -inch slices | ||
| 2 cups yellow squash, 1/4-inch slices | ||
| Chinese Cabbage | 2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 1 cup yellow summer squash, 1/4-inch slices | ||
| 1 cup sliced zucchini squash, 1/4-inch slices | ||
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Preheat browning dish 5 MINUTES on HIGH.
Add oil.
Add all ingredients, except soy sauce, to browning dish.
Stir.
MICROWAVE 8 MINUTES on HIGH, stirring at 4 MINUTES.
Add soy sauce and stir.
Add oil.
