1/4 cup (60 ml) sesame oil
1/2 cup (120 ml) diced onion
1/2 cup (120 ml) diced celery
1 cup (240 ml) sliced mushrooms
2 cups (480 ml) cooked Red Lentils
1 cup (240 ml) cooked Adzuki Beans
1/2 cup (120 ml) fresh mung bean sprouts
1/2 cup (120 ml) sliced water chestnuts
2 tsp (10 ml) low-sodium tamari sauce
1/2 tsp (3 ml) marjoram
1/4 tsp (1 ml) nutmeg
1/4 tsp (1 ml) garlic powder
1/4 tsp (1 ml) onion powder
Directions
Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok and saute the onion, celery and mushrooms until brown.
