Stir Fry Bok Choy Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 large head bok choy, stem end trimmed | ||
| 1 tablespoon vegetable or peanut oil | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), halved | |
| 1/4 cup julienned daikon radish or sliced water chestnuts | ||
| Soy sauce | ||
Directions
Cut bok choy crosswise into 1- or 2-inch pieces.
Heat oil in skillet; add garlic and bok choy.
Stir-fry about 3 minutes or until bok choy is wilted.
Discard garlic, toss with daikon or water chestnuts, and serve with soy sauce on the side.
