Editors Review

Squid is a cheap and nutritious seafood option thus perfect for the frugal gourmet cook! What more, it’s easy to cook as it takes just a few minutes. This Korean style squid stir fry is spicy with the goodness of veggies. James uses frozen squid which saves the hassle of cleaning. The squid is stir-fried briefly, so it is very tender and doesn’t get rubbery. You can enjoy it as an appetizer or simply serve it over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
