Chilli-Soya Lamb Recipe Video
Ingredients
| All in one sauce | 3 Tablespoon (ChingâS Secret) | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Teaspoon (ChingâS Secret) | |
| Chili vinegar | 1 Teaspoon (Ching'S Secret) | |
| Sliced lamb | 200 Gram (Preferably Lamb Leg) | |
| Roasted crushed cumin seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Diced dried red chilies | 6 | |
| White pepper | 1 Pinch | |
| Corn flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Oil | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying) |
Directions
Put sliced lamb in a bowl, add corn flour and mix well so that all the lamb slices get coated with the corn flour.
Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan, fry the lamb slices on a slow fire for about a minute.
Add two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, add diced red chilies, fried lamb slices, Ching's Secret All In One Sauce, Ching's Secret Soy Sauce, white pepper and Ching's Secret Chili Vinegar and mix well till the lamb gets coated with the sauce. Serve hot.
