Ingredients

 Onion1
 Green pepper1 To taste
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm)
 Beef or chicken bouillon - 1/3 cup
 Cooked brown rice2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tomatoes - 1 to 2 large, chopped
 Vegetables1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 Egg1

Directions

MAKING
1) Take a skillet and add onion, pepper, garlic and bouillon to it. Stir-fry and cook until vegetables become tender.
2) Add all the other ingredients except egg. Cook until hot.
3) Add a beaten egg, if desired. Stir and mix the egg nicely.

SERVING
4) Transfer to a platter and serve hot.
