Ingredients

 Rice1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
 Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon
 1 pound lean boneless pork, cut into 1/4-inch strips
 Snow peas1/2 pound, trimmed
 Sauce1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 tablespoons thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
 Mandarin orange1 Can (10oz), drained

Directions

Cook rice according to package directions.
Heat oil in wok or large skillet over high heat until hot.
Stir-fry pork 3 minutes or until brown.
Add snow peas; stir-fry 2 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Add sauce and juice concentrate; stir until well blended.
Gently stir in orange sections; heat through.
Serve with rice.
