Stir Fried Pork with Mushrooms and Broccoli Recipe
|Instant brown rice||2 Cup (32 tbs), uncooked|
|Teriyaki marinade sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (From A 12-Ounce Bottle)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Canola oil||3 Teaspoon|
|Boneless pork loin||3⁄4 Pound, trimmed of fat, cut into thin 2-inch strips|
|Broccoli florets||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, cut into thin wedges|
|Sliced mushrooms||8 Ounce (1 Package , About 3 Cup)|
|Bell pepper||1 Medium, cut into 1 inch pieces (Use Red, Yellow Or Orange)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped|

1 Cook rice with 2 1/4 cups of water as directed on the package,without butter and salt.
2 In a small bowl put cornstarch and gradually stir in teriyaki marinade with 1/2 cup of water and ginger.
3 In a 12-inch nonstick skillet or wo,heat 2 teaspoons of oil over medium-high heat.Add pork and stir fry for 4 to 5 minutes.Remove from the skillet and keep warm.
4 Add the remaining oil to the skillet and put broccoli,onion,mushrooms,bell pepper and garlic.Stir fry for 4-5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
5 Stir the cornstarch mixture into broccoli and add pork.Cook and stir until the sauce is thick.
6 Serve over rice.
