Stir-Fried Pork With Lychees Recipe
Ingredients
| 450 g/1lb fatty pork, such as belly pork | ||
| 30 ml/2 tbsp hoi-sin sauce | ||
| Onions spring | 4 , sliced | |
| 175 g/6 oz lychees, peeled, stoned and cut into slivers | ||
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Fresh lychees and fresh parsley sprigs, to garnish | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
1. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
2. Pour the hoi-sin sauce over the pork and marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Heat the wok, then add the pork and stir-fry for 5 minutes until crisp and golden. Add the spring onions and stir-fry for a further 2 minutes.
4. Scatter the lychee slivers over the pork, and season well with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh lychees and parsley, and serve.
