Stir Fried Pork With Five Spices Recipe

1/2 pound lean pork
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon Five Spices
1/2 cup stock
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sherry
2 tablespoons oil
Directions
1. Slice pork thin against the grain. Combine cornstarch, Five Spices, salt and sherry. Add to pork and toss to coat. Let stand 20 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
