Ingredients

 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 1 pound lean pork, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
 1 1/4 cups broth or water
 Salt3/4 Teaspoon
 Green peppers2 Medium, diced
 Celery stalks2 , sliced
 2 green onions, cut in 1/2 inch slices
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon
 Water2 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 Hot cooked rice

Directions

Heat oil in skillet.
Add garlic and pork and stir-fry until meat is lightly browned.
Add broth and salt, bring to boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
Add vegetables and cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, 5 to 6 minutes.
Blend cornstarch, water and soy sauce and stir into mixture.
Simmer until thickened and clear.
