Seasoned Stir Fried Pork And Peppers Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| 1 pound lean pork, cut in 1/2 inch cubes | ||
| 1 1/4 cups broth or water | ||
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Green peppers | 2 Medium, diced | |
| Celery stalks | 2 , sliced | |
| 2 green onions, cut in 1/2 inch slices | ||
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Hot cooked rice | ||
Directions
Heat oil in skillet.
Add garlic and pork and stir-fry until meat is lightly browned.
Add broth and salt, bring to boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
Add vegetables and cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, 5 to 6 minutes.
Blend cornstarch, water and soy sauce and stir into mixture.
Simmer until thickened and clear.
Add garlic and pork and stir-fry until meat is lightly browned.
