Stir Fried Noodles With Chilli Prawns Recipe

| 600 g Hokkien noodles | ||
| Prawns | 15 Large, uncooked | |
| Peanut oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Baby bok choy | 400 Gram | |
| Sweet chilli sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken stock | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
Directions
Pour boiling water over noodles in large heatproof bowl; separate noodles with fork, drain.
Shell and devein prawns, leaving tails intact.
Heat oil in wok or large pan; stir-fry prawns until just changed in colour.
Add noodles, bok choy and combined remaining ingredients; stir-fry until bok choy just wilts and prawns are cooked through.
