Ingredients

 2 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
 Sugar2 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 Red cayenne pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 1 medium-size head napa cabbage (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lbs.)
 Salad oil3 Tablespoon

Directions

In a small bowl, stir together vinegar, sugar, soy, and red pepper; set aside.
Cut cabbage into 2-inch squares.
Heat a wok or wide frying pan over high heat; add oil.
When oil is hot, add cabbage and stir-fry until it begins to wilt (2 to 3 minutes).
Add vinegar mixture and mix well.
Pour into a serving dish.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
