Directions
In a small bowl, stir together vinegar, sugar, soy, and red pepper; set aside.
Cut cabbage into 2-inch squares.
Heat a wok or wide frying pan over high heat; add oil.
When oil is hot, add cabbage and stir-fry until it begins to wilt (2 to 3 minutes).
