Ingredients
2 tablespoons fermented black beans
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1/4 cup lean ground pork
1 pound monkfish, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup Chicken Stock
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon tamari or soy sauce
2 cups shredded spinach
Directions
Rinse the beans to remove excess salt.
