 1 tbsp. diet margarine
 1 1/2 lb. lean boneless leg of lamb, trimmed of fat and cut in 1 x 2 1/2-in. strips
 Green onions4 , sliced
 Garlic1 1/2 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Flour2 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 Bean sprouts1 1/2 Pound, cooked, drained

Directions

MAKING
1. In a nonstick skillet, melt margarine and brown the lamb strips in it
2. Mix onions and garlic to it and cook for five minutes, stirring continuously
3. Sprinkle flour over it and stir till well blended
4. Add soy sauce and cook till lamb is tender

SERVING
5. Serve as appropriate
