| 1 1/2 lb. lean boneless leg of lamb, trimmed of fat and cut in 1 x 2 1/2-in. strips | ||
| Green onions | 4 , sliced | |
| Garlic | 1 1/2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Bean sprouts | 1 1/2 Pound, cooked, drained | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a nonstick skillet, melt margarine and brown the lamb strips in it
2. Mix onions and garlic to it and cook for five minutes, stirring continuously
3. Sprinkle flour over it and stir till well blended
4. Add soy sauce and cook till lamb is tender

5. Serve as appropriate
