 Groundnut oil2 Tablespoon
 Garlic8 Clove (5gm), finely chopped
 600 g/1 lb 5 oz pak choi, leaves separated and halved lengthways

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Arrange all the ingredients well in advance.

MAKING
2) Heat a wok on high heat and add oil.
3) When oil starts smoking, add the garlic and for few seconds stir-fry it. 4) Add to the pak choi with a splash of water.
5) Stir-fry the leaves until wilted with crunchy stems. 6) Season the leaves.

SERVING
7) Serve the dish sizzling hot.
