Ingredients

 1/2 cup LEE KUM KEE Black Pepper Sauce, divided
 Cornstarch2 Teaspoon
 3/4 pound boneless chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon
 1/4 pound onion, cut into bite-size pieces
 2 ounces red bell pepper, cut into bite-size pieces
 Pineapple chunks1/4 pound

Directions

1. Combine 1/4 cup Black Pepper Sauce and cornstarch in large bowl; add chicken. Marinate chicken 5 minutes.
2. Heat oil in wok over high heat. Add onion and cook until fragrant. Add chicken and stir-fry 2 minutes.
3. Add bell pepper, pineapple and remaining 1/4 cup Black Pepper Sauce; cook until heated through.
