Stir-Fried Chicken With Bean Sprouts Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup (60 ml) vegetable stock
1/4 lb (110 g) fresh chicken breast, skinned and shredded
1 lb (450 g) bean sprouts, roots removed
2 tsp (10 ml) cornstarch
2 tsp (10 ml) dry sherry
1/4 tsp (1 ml) sugar
1 tbsp (15 ml) salt-reduced soy sauce
Directions
1 Heat stock in a non-stick pan. Add chicken strips and stir-fry 3 minutes. Add bean sprouts. Cook covered 2 minutes. Blend cornstarch, sherry, sugar and soy sauce. Stir in to thicken.
