Chinese Stir Fried Chicken and Broccoli Recipe Video

Stir fry chicken is spicy with lots of garlic, seasoning and sauces. It makes a complete meal when served with boiled broccoli. Make sure the chicken is marinated well to bring out those taste of the garlic. Serve it hot.

Ingredients

 
2 Chicken breasts
 
Broccoli
 
Carrot chopped
 
1/2 tsp Ginger paste
 
Sesame oil
 
Maggi Seasoning
 
1 tsp Soy sauce
 
1 tsp Corn starch
 
3 tbsp Olive oil
 
1/2 onion

Directions

Chop the chicken breast to small pieces.
To the chicken, add soy sauce, ginger and corn starch. Mix them all well. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
In a pan, heat olive oil, add chopped carrot, then chopped onion.
Simultaneously boil broccoli in a pot.
Add the marinated chicken to the carrot and onion. Stir fry until the chicken is cooked.
To prepare sauce, take 1 tbsp corn starch, add 3 tbsp soy sauce, some sesame seed oil and 1/2 cup water. Mix it well.
Add some of this sauce to the chicken and cook for a while until the sauce thickens up.
Add a touch of water and cook again.
Add a tbsp of garlic to the chicken.
By now the broccoli would have boiled, strain the water out.
Serve hot stir-fry chicken with boiled broccoli.
