Stir Fried Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients
1 medium-sized head cauliflower
1/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon sugar
Water
2 teaspoons cornstarch
Directions
1. Separate cauliflower into small flowerets; cut flowerets in half, if they are large. In 4-quart saucepan or 12-inch skillet over high heat, in very hot salad oil, cook cauliflower, stirring quickly and constantly, until the flowerets are evenly coated with salad oil.
2. Add soy sauce, sugar, and 1/2 cup water. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 6 minutes or until tender-crisp, stirring the mixture occasionally.
3. In small bowl, stir cornstarch with 2 tablespoons cold water until smooth. Stir into cauliflower; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens slightly.
