Stir Fried Broccoli Recipe
This is a wonderful Stir Fried Broccoli recipe! As it is extremely delicious and easy to make, I prepare Stir Fried Broccoli often at home for dinner! Try it!
Ingredients
| Broccoli | 1 Pound | |
| Vegetable oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 teaspoon rice wine or dry sherry | ||
| Sugar | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Chicken broth | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Rinse broccoli with cold water.
Cut into 2-inch flowerets and slice stems 1/4 inch thick.
Heat oil in a wok over high heat 30 seconds.
Stir-fry garlic until golden, 30 seconds.
Add broccoli stems and salt.
Stir-fry 30 seconds.
Add flowerets.
Stir-fry 1 minute.
Add wine, sugar, chicken broth and water.
Reduce heat to medium-low and continue to stir-fry until water is almost gone.
