Stir-Fried Bean Curd With Szechuan Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 2 green onions, cut in 3/4 inch (2 cm) lengths | ||
| Bean curd | 1 Pound, cut into cubes | |
| Sauce | 5 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1 Heat oil in a wok. Add salt, white of green onions and bean curd cubes. Stir-fry gently to heat through.
