Stir-Fried Bean Curd With Szechuan Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup (60 ml) vegetable oil
1/4 tsp(l ml) salt
2 green onions, cut in 3/4 inch (2 cm) lengths
1 lb (450 g) firm bean curd, cut in 3/4 inch (2 cm) cubes
5 tbsp (75 ml) Szechuan Sauce
Directions
1 Heat oil in a wok. Add salt, white of green onions and bean curd cubes. Stir-fry gently to heat through.
2 Add Szechuan Sauce and simmer 3 minutes. Stir in green onion tops and serve
