Stewed With Onions Recipe
Ingredients
| Tripe | 2 Pound | |
| Onions | 2 | |
| Milk- 1 cup, hot | ||
| Butter- as required | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1.In a pan, simmer the tripe and onions in salted water for 3-4 hours
2.Now drain them
3.Chop the cooked onions very fine
4.In a cup containing hot milk, place the chopped onions and season with salt, pepper, and butter
5.Now pour this mixture over the tripe
SERVING
6.Serve with salads
