Ingredients

 
2 cloves garlic, minced
 
1 med onion, sliced into rings
 
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
 
1/2 cup celery, sliced
 
2 tsp low-calorie margarine
 
2 cup fresh tomatoes, chopped
 
2 cup fresh green beans, snapped
 
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a nonstick skillet, saute garlic, onion rings, green pepper and celery in margarine for 4 minutes.
Add tomatoes, green beans, salt and pepper.
Stir to mix.
Reduce heat, cover and cook for about 15 minutes or until green beans are al dente.
