Stewed Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients
| Boiling water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 3 medium size tomatoes | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup soft bread cubes | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Pour boiling water over tomatoes to loosen skins.
Drain.
Peel tomatoes, cut in fourths.
Mix together tomatoes, onion, seasonings and butter in a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Cook 3 minutes in Radarange oven.
Stir in bread cubes.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Drain.
