Stewed Guavas Recipe
Ingredients
| Guavas | 450 Gram (For 4) | |
| Sugar | 30 Gram (For 4) | |
| Cloves | To Taste (For 4) | |
| Lime | 1/2 (For 4) |
Directions
1. Clean, wash and peel guavas and cut into quarters.
2. Add enough water to stew. When half done take off fire, and remove seeds.
3. Place back on fire and when water boils add the sugar and the cloves.
4. When guavas are tender and syrup thickens add lime juice and take off from the fire. Cool. Remove the cloves and serve with custard sauce.
