Ingredients
6 medium-size green tomatoes
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Directions
Remove stem ends and cut tomatoes into quarters.
Add onion, seasonings, and sugar; cover and cook over medium heat about 20 to 35 minutes, or until tomatoes are tender.
