Stewed Fruit Recipe
Ingredients
| Mixed dried fruit | 1 pound | |
| 1/2 cup Sauturne or white wine | ||
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Soak dried fruit in wine for 30 minutes.
Add water.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Insert probe into liquid.
Cook on HIGH (9), HEAT & HOLD at 180°F for 30 minutes.
