1.Take the chicken and cut it into small serving pieces.
2.Cut the carrot in 1inch pieces.

3.Take a kettle and put chicken pieces in it placing the wing and the breast on the top.
4.Add celery, onion and carrots to the kettle along with water enough to cover the ingredients and salt.
5.Put tke lid on and place the kettle on low heat for 2-3 hours.
6.Frequently skim the excess fat..
7.Meanwhile ,in a bowl, put raisins, biscuit mix, cheese and milk and stir well.
8.With the help of spoon, pour the milk mixture into the kerttle and cook for another 10 minutes.
9.Put the kettle on steam for 10 minutes with the lid on.
10.Take the chciken and dumplings out of the kettle and keep aside.
11.Add biscuit mix to the stock to make it thick.

12.Serve warm.
