1.Use a steamer basket and place the first layer of beef and pork on it.
2.Add the sliced onions over it and press it down.
3.Sprinkle some dry marjoram, dried thyme, a dash of rosemary and garlic over it.
4.Now place the second layer of meat.
5.Sprinkle all the dried seasoning over it once again and close the lid and let it cook for 90 minutes.
6.Meanwhile in a pot of hot boiling water, put the tomatoes.
7.Put inside the new Mexican chili and the red chili. Let it boil for 15 minutes before blending to make a thick sauce.
8.Heat the stock and now add the blended sauce to the broth and bring it to a boil.
9.Add the meat in it and let it cook for 15 mins.
10.Season it with Worcestershire sauce.
11.In a bowl, take some portion of the meat and pour the stock over it. You can serve it with rice and salad.
