Steamed Vegetables With Mustard-Dill Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
14 spears slender asparagus, trimmed
6 mushrooms
1 medium yellow summer squash, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1 medium zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1 carrot, cut into 1/4-inch strips
1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
2 tablespoons water
Mustard-Dill Dressing
Directions
1. Arrange asparagus in the center of a large microwave-safe plate.
2. Surround with mushrooms, yellow summer squash, zucchini, and carrot.
3. Arrange red bell pepper rings over the top.
4. Sprinkle water over vegetables. Cover with vented plastic wrap.
5. Microwave on high for 9 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
6. Drizzle with Mustard-Dill Dressing and serve.
