Steamed Turnips Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb. sliced young turnips | ||
| Butter | ||
| Lemon juice to taste | ||
| Vinegar to taste | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Steam turnips in small amount of water in steamer for 20 minutes or until tender; drain.
Season with salt and pepper; add butter, juice and vinegar.
Toss lightly.
