 1 lb. sliced young turnips
 Butter
 Lemon juice to taste
 Vinegar to taste

 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Steam turnips in small amount of water in steamer for 20 minutes or until tender; drain.
Season with salt and pepper; add butter, juice and vinegar.
Toss lightly.
