Baked Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 thick slice of salmon | ||
| 1 tablespoon onion juice | ||
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter | ||
| 3 tablespoons capers parsley | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Rub the salmon with oil or butter.
Put the fish in baking dish with a tight lid.
Pour over other seasonings.
Bake in a slow oven 325°F (165°Q oven about 30 minutes or until fish is done.)
Add 1 tablespoon of water if it becomes dry.
Nice served with brown or a light tomato sauce: This is a wonderful way to cook other fish which is not fat, rather than broiling.
